GREGORY P. SUJACK
Gregory P. Sujack has been an equity partner with Garofalo, Schreiber, Hart & Storm, Chtd. since 1998. Mr. Sujack became associated with the firm in 1988.
Mr. Sujack was graduated cum laude from Boston College. In 1984, he received his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. After law school, Mr. Sujack served a two year clerkship with Justice William B. Wombacher of the Third District of the Illinois Appellate Court.
Mr. Sujack has participated in and argued many published appellate decisions. He has practiced extensively before the state and federal trial and appellate courts, the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, the Office of Administrative Law Judges, the Benefits Review Board, and the Illinois Industrial Commission.
Mr. Sujack is admitted to practice in the States of Illinois and Wisconsin, and before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
Mr. Sujack has spoken to many groups and associations, including the Longshore Claims Association, the Illinois Institute on Continuing Legal Education, and the Peoria County Bar Association.
Mr. Sujack is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association, and the Longshore Claims Association.
