Background

Mr. Brinckerhoff has been practicing law since 1985. He joined the firm in 1988 and has been a shareholder since 1999. His primary focus is civil lawsuits. He concentrates his practice in the protecting the rights and liabilities of employers and carriers in a civil litigation context. He handles cases in state and federal courts. He has been frequently involved in handling catastrophic and complex injury cases.
