WILLIAM R. STANCZAK

Mr. Stanczak is a Senior Associate with the firm. He has extensive experience before the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission and is a respected member of this exclusive legal community. Mr. Stanczak was recently selected by his peers as a Rising Star within the Top 2.5% of lawyers concentrating in the area of workers’ compensation defense law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stanczak was a prosecuting attorney with the Lake County State’s Attorneys Office. This prosecutorial past has given him an excellent investigative sense and an aggressive courtroom style. Mr. Stanczak not only has the experience to aggressively handle cases, he also has the ability recognize and advise regarding in the best interests of the client.

Mr. Stanczak attended Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois in 1998. Mr. Stanczak is in his 10th year of practice having been licensed in the State of Illinois in 1998. In 1999, he was admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
